AI Doll Waiting List T&C

1. Reservation Fee

By joining the AI Doll Waiting List, you agree to pay a USD $200 Reservation Fee to secure your priority position. This Reservation Fee is solely intended to reserve your purchasing priority for AI Doll products and does not constitute a purchase, nor does it guarantee final delivery of the product. Upon successful completion of an AI Doll purchase, the Reservation Fee will be automatically credited as up to USD $500 toward the final purchase price. The Reservation Fee may not be applied to any other products, services, or accessories, and may not be redeemed for cash, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

2. Estimated Product Price

The displayed price range is for estimation purposes only and is subject to change. The final selling price will be determined upon completion of production and will be based on actual manufacturing costs, selected configuration or customization options, shipping fees, applicable taxes, and other relevant factors. You will receive an email notification when the product becomes available for ordering, including the confirmed final price and payment instructions. You may then decide whether to proceed with the purchase.

3. Refund Policy for Reservation Fee

Before placing a final order: The USD $200 Reservation Fee is fully refundable at any time should you decide not to proceed with the purchase. If the project is cancelled, fails to reach production, or does not proceed to mass production: The Reservation Fee will be fully refunded to the original payment method. 4. Production & Delivery Timeline

The estimated delivery window for AI Doll products is the first quarter of 2027. This timeframe is indicative only and may be adjusted due to production progress, supply chain conditions, or other relevant factors.

Lovense will notify Waiting List participants by email when the product enters the ordering phase.Once the AI Doll becomes available for ordering, customers who have paid the Reservation Fee will be granted a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours to complete the final purchase after their reservation purchase window is released.

5. Cancellation of Waiting List

If the total number of reservations fails to meet the minimum production threshold, or if the project is cancelled for any other reason, Lovense reserves the right to terminate the Waiting List without further liability. In such cases, the full Reservation Fee will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.

6. Loyalty Program

The USD $200 Reservation Fee paid for the AI Doll Waiting List does not currently qualify for Lovense Loyalty Points. Lovense may introduce or adjust loyalty point eligibility at the final purchase stage once production commences and remaining balance payments are processed. Any such changes will be communicated separately.

7. Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer

Payment of the Reservation Fee does not constitute an investment, profit-sharing arrangement, or guarantee of product delivery or value appreciation. Lovense reserves the right to adjust production plans, specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules as reasonably necessary, provided that the refund commitments set out in these Terms are fully honored. You acknowledge that early-reservation or pre-production products may involve inherent risks, including potential delays or project cancellation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lovense shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including negligence) arising from or in connection with the payment or use of the Reservation Fee, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Lovense is not responsible for any delayed, lost, or misdirected communications, or for any failure to receive notifications, inaccurate information, or losses resulting from technical, system, network, or telecommunications issues, including security breaches. In such cases, Lovense may modify, suspend, or terminate the Waiting List or related reservation processes, subject to the refund commitments set out in these Terms.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

When paying the Reservation Fee, you may be required to provide personal information (including user name, email address, and payment details). Such data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR or CCPA, where applicable) and solely for the purposes of managing your Waiting List position, providing production or order updates, and processing refunds or payments. For any questions or concerns regarding data security, data processing, or your privacy rights, please refer to Lovense’s official Privacy Policy available on our website.

9. Amendments & Governing Law

Lovense reserves the right to update, modify, or interpret these Terms & Conditions at any time, the most recent version will be published on the relevant product page. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The applicable law of this arbitration clause shall be Hong Kong law. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

10. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By paying the Reservation Fee and joining the AI Doll Waiting List, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&C and Lovense's Official Privacy Policy.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE AI DOLL IS NOT YET RELEASED AND REMAINS UNDER DEVELOPMENT, AND THAT THE FINAL PRODUCT’S FEATURES, DESIGN, MATERIALS, COMPONENTS, AND PERFORMANCE MAY DIFFER FROM ANY CURRENT DESCRIPTIONS, IMAGES, OR SPECIFICATIONS.
